What makes building analytics reliable?

Everyone working in the same system, so the numbers reflect what actually happened.

Analytics can only report what is recorded. When requests, work orders, inspections and parcels are all logged in MYBOS as part of the daily work, the dashboard reflects reality without anyone compiling it. For running several sites from one system, see managing multiple buildings.

Building analytics questions, answered

Does MYBOS analytics include energy data?

MYBOS Analytics focuses on operational activity, such as cases, work orders, maintenance requests, inspections and parcels. It is not an energy monitoring or building automation system.

Can we compare buildings in the portfolio?

Yes. The dashboard shows all buildings by default, and you can select specific buildings to compare. Portfolio benchmarking is part of MYBOS Connected Buildings.

Can we export the data?

Yes. Data across buildings can be exported to Excel, either for the whole portfolio or for selected buildings and modules, ready for owner or board reporting.

Who can see the analytics?

Access is controlled by user permissions. Administrators can assign buildings or portfolios to specific users, so each manager sees the sites they are responsible for.

Do we need to set anything up?

Analytics draws on the work already recorded in MYBOS. As long as your team logs requests, work orders and inspections in the system, the dashboard fills itself.
